Shipping
Every product is made-to-order just for you — and most customers receive their items within 7–10 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
We work in two phases:
Production (2–7 business days) + Shipping (varies by location)
Once your item ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the item type, delivery location, and shipping method.
- Rates are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
- Additional charges may apply if multiple items are shipped from different locations.
Many items qualify for discounted combined shipping — so ordering more than one can save you money.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Orders cannot be rerouted once they are in production or shipped.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we’ll do our best to update it if the order hasn’t entered production.
Tip: Be sure to include apartment or unit numbers to avoid delivery delays.
Your order may arrive in separate packages — and that’s totally normal!
- Some items ship from different locations, which may result in separate tracking numbers and staggered delivery times.
- There is no extra charge for receiving multiple shipments.
- You’ll receive tracking for each package as they’re sent out.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your order ships.
You may request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled. Please contact us right away if you need to make a change.
Note: We cannot cancel or refund orders already in production or shipped.
Returns
Because every product is made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons like changing your mind or ordering the wrong size.
We do accept returns for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Significant printing or fulfillment errors
To qualify, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Shipping delays within standard estimates
- Minor differences in color/placement due to print variation
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
